The Mobility My Card app is an essential tool for users of the TotalEnergies Fleet Card with the electric option or the Mobility Corporate Card. This application facilitates vehicle charging with a range of useful features.

One of the key advantages is the mapping feature, which allows users to view available charging points and locate the nearest service stations. As of July 2023, the app grants access to over 450,000 charging points across Europe, including TotalEnergies locations and partner networks such as Ionity, Fastned, and Shell Recharge.

Additionally, users can discover detailed information about gas stations, including services offered like charging stations, fuel types, AdBlue, lubricants, car washes, and Wi-Fi availability. The app enhances convenience by providing real-time station information; users can click on “electric charging” icons for details on availability, charging power, connector type, tariffs, and operating hours.

For tailored results, filters enable users to display only those charging points compatible with their vehicles. This feature optimizes both search efficiency and charging processes. The app further enhances user experience by allowing digital payments at select stations and networks. Users can initiate vehicle charging without the need for physical payment methods; simply connect the vehicle to the station and follow the provided instructions. The app allows easy monitoring of charging status and provides a summary of completed transactions.

For those holding a Mobility Corporate Card in France, the app offers additional functionality for managing business mobility expenses. Users can conveniently check travel authorizations and associated spending limits across various categories such as hotels, restaurants, energy expenditures, parking fees, car rentals, taxi services, transportation costs, and car maintenance.

The digital receipt management feature streamlines expense tracking; users can scan receipts that include VAT and link them directly to their expenses within the app. This capability allows for expense reports to be prepared in under a minute. All expenses can be accessed in one location within the app’s history, providing an overview of date, amount, currency and associated receipts.

In cases of card loss or theft, the app provides a straightforward solution for blocking the card and includes contact information for customer support. The customer service team is available from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm at +33 9 74 75 27 84 for any inquiries or feedback regarding card use or app functionality.
